About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and highly motivated Administration Officer to support the Assistant Director of Healthcare at Home and the Manager of Clinical Innovation and Development and their respective areas.

The Healthcare at Home portfolios and Clinical Innovation and Development projects are both newly created with the aim of increasing the capacity of our home-based teams to deliver safe, appropriate, and person-centred care outside of a hospital setting. Areas that come under the Healthcare at Home services include: GH at Home, Dialysis Unit, Better at Home Regional Navigators and Educator, Post Acute Care and Central Intake program and in the future- Virtual Monitoring program.

Successful applicants will be working between two areas that are closely aligned, working collaboratively with other staff to expand our service delivery whilst also working within the values of the organisation: Collaboration, Accountability, Innovation, Respect and Compassion.

Skills and experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify and solve problems constructively
  • A history of administrative excellence
  • High quality computer skills with particular emphasis on accurate data entry.
  • Previous experience in a community is desirable.
